You can quickly navigate through the application and access shortcuts to quick actions or sections of the application, from anywhere.

1- Access quick search and action shortcuts

There are two ways to access the quick search and action menu:

1.1- Click on this icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

1.2- Simultaneously press the CMD key and the letter K on Mac or CTRL and the letter K on Windows.

2- Use quick search and action shortcuts

When you access the shortcut tool, a window will open in which you can type the keywords of your choice.

Example #1: If you type the word “shift”, you'll see a shortcut to the creation of a shift.

Example #2: If you enter an employee's name, you'll be able to quickly access that person's profile.

Note that you can also use the arrows on the keyboard to select an action from the list, and press "Enter" to access it even faster, without having to use the mouse!
