Have you enabled an add-on by mistake and want to disable it? This article will show you how!
Please note that this can only be done by a user with the “Administrator” role.
Deactivating the module via the “Billing” tab
To remove an add-on module that has been activated by mistake or that you no longer need:
1- Go to the “Billing” tab
2- Scroll down the page
3- Click on the pink “Deactivate” button located on the module you wish to remove.
Once the add-on has been deactivated, your billing will be adjusted for the coming days based on the plan and add-on(s) in effect.
