IMPORTANT: Agendrix does not have any referral agreement with hardware providers. The choice is entirely yours. We do not derive any benefit from them.

A) Generalities

Agendrix fixed terminals (web) can be installed on different tablets. We do not sell any hardware.

Advice

  • Don't go for the cheapest model available

  • Try to avoid older models (3+ years old)

  • Prioritize tablets with recognized brands such as Apple or Samsung

  • The tablet itself does not require heavy processing power

B) Apple tablets (iPad) - Recommended models

Any tool that supports Agendrix's necessary iOS version will work.

See below a couple examples, but please validate under the Information section of the apple store. Please note that a version higher than iOS 13.4 is currently required and iOS 14 is recommended.

  • iPad (2017)

  • iPad Air 2

  • iPad Mini 3

  • iPad Mini 4

C) Apple supports (iPad)

Most supports will work, it really depends of your personal needs. If we had to choose a recommended model, supports of the Pyle brand have been tested by our team and have worked very well.

Advice

  • Make sure you can lock the tablet in the support itself

  • Make sure that the Home button is accessible at all times

  • Make sure that the front camera is accessible

D) Android tablets - Recommended models

Any tool that supports Agendrix's necessary Android version will work. A higher version than 6 is required and 10 is recommended.

An example would be the Samsung Galaxy Tab (there are a couple of Galaxy models, they are all good choices) but please validate under the Information section of the Google play store if your tablet is compatible.

E) Android supports

There are a lot of available models, it really depends on your needs but the TabCare supports seem like a good option!
