When you activate the setting to take a picture when en employee clocks on a fixed terminal, a biometric analysis is performed.

This analysis allows you to get the ''Dubious photo'' warning when looking at your employees Time Sheets.

In order to comply with applicable laws and our Terms of Service, you have to get your employees consent to perform a biometric analysis from their photos.

1- Go under ''Settings''

2- Click on ''Time and Attendance''

3- Make sure ''Take a picture when an employee clocks from the Kiosk app'' is activated

4- Click on the information symbol

5- Make sure your employees fill in the consent form.

You will now have access to a consent form template. 👍

You can save the form in their profile under the ''Notes and documents'' tab.

1- Go under the ''Settings'' tab in the employee's profile.

2- By default, ''Perform a biometric analysis'' will be activated. Simply click on in to deactivate it.

Overriding this setting does not mean a photo will not be taken when the employee punches in or out on a terminal.

A picture will be taken, but there will be no biometric analysis.

Therefore, no ''Dubious photos'' warning will be seen, in the employee's Timesheet.
