Depending on the plan and modules you currently use, here's what will happen to your invoices starting April 6 2023.
Essential plan
If you're using the Essential plan, with no add-on modules, there is no change at all.
If you are using the HR+ or API modules, your organization will automatically be migrated to the Plus plan at no additional cost.
All other modules will continue to be billed as before.
Pro plan (discontinued)
If you are subscribed to the Pro plan, without any additional modules, you will be automatically migrated to the Essential plan with the Time and Attendance module, at no additional cost.
If you are using the HR+ or API modules, your organization will automatically be migrated to the Plus plan with the Time and Attendance module, at no additional cost.
There are no billing changes to the other add-on modules.
Will I lose any features?
No. All features you have access to will be preserved, regardless of your current usage scenario.
