A) What Does the Sync Accomplish?
The integration between Agendrix and ADP Workforce Now is a unidirectional sync from ADP Workforce Now towards Agendrix.
This sync allows to generate automatically all users from your ADP Workforce Now account to your Agendrix account and saves time when importing a pay period.
The sync is automatically done everyday at midnight but can be manually triggered at any moment if necessary.
B) What Data is Synchronized?
As of today, the employees data that is synchronized is as follows:
First name (required field)
Last name (required field)
Location(s) and position(s)
Identification number (employee number in Agendrix)
PIN (same as ID number)
Email address (professional email in ADP Workforce Now)
Birth date
Hire date
Full Adress
Phone number(s)
C) Importing the Pay Period
The integration allows you to export your pay period directly into ADP Workforce Now.
Simply follow the steps to export your pay period.
D) Partial Hire
The integration also allows partial hires to be created in ADP Workforce Now from Agendrix (rather than the other way around).
