Fixed terminals allow employees to clock in and clock out any tablet or computer connected to internet. Once a manager opens the fixed terminal, his session will be disconnected to prevent others from accessing his account.

B) 4 Things to Know Before Creating a Fixed terminal

1 - If you delete your cookies, the terminal will be lost

Terminals keep their connexion through a cookie on your browser. If you delete cookies while cleaning your history, the terminal will be lost.

2 - Only admins and managers can create a Fixed Terminal

Employees and supervisors do not have access to this feature.

3 - If you sign-in to your account with the same browser, the terminal will be disconnected.

This prevents employees from having access to your manager account.
