How to set up my GoodJob integration

Setting up my payroll integration with GoodJob

You can set up an integration with GoodJob to export your payroll data directly into your payroll system.


1- Activate integration

  1. In the menu bar on the far left of the screen, click on "Settings";

  2. Click on the "Integrations" submenu;

  3. Find the Goodjobapp integration and click on "Activate".

4. Click on the second pink button labeled “Activate”

5. Enter the email address associated with your GoodJob account and click “Login”

* You will be asked to enter a code


2- Configure your integration

Once your account is connected to the GoodJob integration, you will need to map the fields for the branches and positions, then save everything.

3- Using GoodJob

Once the application has been configured and the fields have been correctly linked, you can start using GoodJob. Go to the “Schedule” tab and you will see a new line added, corresponding to the shifts to be filled externally.

3.1 Create an external shift to be filled

When creating a shift in this line, GoodJob integration will be selected by default. If you have several integrations related to employment agencies (e.g., BeLocum), the last one selected will always be the one that appears by default.

3.2 Publish

To make the shift visible, ensure that it is published (like a regular Agendrix shift).
