A new type of alert is now available to help you better plan the schedules of your employees aged 16 and under. Here's how to disable this feature if you don't need it.
Disable the alert via the individual profile
To disable the labor law alert for employees aged 16 and under, please follow the steps below!
1- Go to the “HR” tab - “Employees”
2- Select the name of the employee in question
3- Go to the “Settings” subsection of the profile
4- “Disable scheduler labor laws alerts for employees aged 16 and under”
5- Save the change
Temporarily disable the alert for all users
Via the administrator account, it is possible to temporarily disable the alert until a specific date (e.g., September 15, 2025).
To do this, follow the steps below:
1- Click on the “Settings” tab
2- Click on the “Schedule Management” section
3- Go to the “Schedule Alerts” subsection
4- Select the “Disable until” option
5- Click on “Save”
