How do I send a message to a colleague or my manager

Get to know Agendrix Messenger

Messenger is a chat tool integrated into Agendrix that allows you to send private messages to your colleagues or managers. Only people who are part of the conversations have access to the messages sent.

Note: Messenger must be enabled by your administrator for you to use this feature.


How to use the Messenger

1- On the web

  1. Click on the "Messenger" tab

  2. Click on the "+" to create a new conversation

You will be able to create an individual conversation or a group conversation.

Group conversations:

Click on the "..." in the upper right corner to disable notifications, leave a conversation, add colleagues, etc.

Individual conversations:

You will be able to mute notifications, view shared files and leave the conversation.


What you can do

By hovering your cursor next to a message, you can react with an emoji and reply to the message. By hovering your cursor next to a message you just sent, you can click on the three little dots and edit or delete your message.

Please note that the permission to edit or delete a message needs to be enabled by an administrator.


2- On mobile

  1. Click on the message bubble icon in the bottom right corner

  2. Click on the "+" to start a conversation

You will then be able to create an individual conversation or a group conversation.


What you can do

By pressing and holding, you can react with an emoji, edit or the delete the message, reply or even copy it!

Please note that the permission to edit and delete messages needs to be enabled by an administrator.
