How to print employee timesheets

How to print timecards individually or in bulk

Written by Mark Borham

You need to print a timesheet to, for example, ask for a signature? Here's how to do it!

A) Individual print

To print a timesheet:

  1. Click on "Attendance"

  2. Click on the Employee

  3. Click on the printer icon situated in the top right corner

B) Bulk print

If you have to print the timesheets of all your employees, click on the printer icon in the "Attendance" tab.

C) Month range (monthly pay periods)

If your organization uses a monthly pay period (full month), the Print options panel offers a Month range choice. It controls how days are grouped on the printed timesheet:

Full work weeks (default)

Includes every day of the weeks that overlap the selected month. Weeks are kept whole, so the timesheet can show a few days from the previous or next month, and it displays the previous / current pay period subtotals.

Calendar month

Includes only the days within the selected month (1st to last). Days from overlapping weeks are left out, and there is no previous-pay-period subtotal. This is the classic month-by-month format.

In short: choose Full work weeks to keep weeks whole (including overlapping days from adjacent months), or Calendar month to limit the timesheet strictly to the selected month.
