When you are finished approving the employee time entries, it's now time to export payroll.
You can export 3 excel reports from this:
Summary: Generates all of the clocked hours (regular hours, overtime hours and time off's) for the filtered employees
Detailed: Same thing as the summary but on a daily breakdown
With positions: Indicates a breakdown of hours per position. For example 10hours for administration tasks and 30 hours at the cash register.
