Manually Adjusting the Time Bank Balance

How do I manually add or remove hours from an employee's time bank balance?

If you have external time bank balances that you would like to transfer to Agendrix, you can manually add hours to your employee's opening recuperation time and time off bank balances.

N.B. : You must be admin or manager in order to edit the time bank balance of an employee. Before you can edit the balance, a time bank must have been created by an admin.


A) Adjusting the Time Bank Balance

  1. Access the "Time off" menu

  2. Access the "Banks" section

B) Adjust an employee's balance

  1. Click on the employee for whom you want to make the adjustment via Time off - Banks

  2. Select the year

  3. Select the bank "Accumulated hours"

  4. “Adjust bank time”

Indicate the change to be made

  1. Choose the bank you quant to edit the balance from

  2. Specify whether you wish to make an addition or a withdrawal

  3. Indicate how many hours

  4. Add a note if needed

  5. "Save"

C) Change log

Each change will be recorded and documented. Managers will be able to track them under the menu indicated in step A, via “Time off” - “Banks”.
