How to set up my Azur - Algopaie integration

Setting up my payroll integration with Azur

You can set up an integration with Azur to export your payroll data directly into your payroll system.


1- Activate integration

  1. In the menu bar on the far left of the screen, click on "Settings";

  2. Click on the "Integrations" submenu;

  3. Find the Azur integration and click on "Activate".


2- Setting up the integration

Configuration tab

  1. Enter company number(s);

  2. Enter pay codes for normal and overtime hours, as well as pay codes for training;

  3. Define, if applicable, the association of your departments (positions or branches).


Mappings tab

In the Mapping tab, you can enter the different earning codes for your paid vacations, premiums and positions, if applicable.

In most cases, you need only enter the Remote code (first column) and no Unit code (second column).

However, some premiums may have a Unit code.


Employees tab

In this tab, make sure that all your employees' ID numbers are entered correctly.


Your integration is now set up!
