It is possible to add compliance rules to the scheduler that will generate alerts if the set rest times are not respected.

1- Activate compliance management

An administrator can activate compliance rules by following these steps:

  1. Click on the “Settings” tab in the main menu on the left

  2. Click on the “Scheduling” tab in the left-hand submenu

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ''Compliance management'' section

  4. Activate the ''Manage rest time'' option

  5. Enter a value for minimum daily rest*.

  6. Enter a value for minimum weekly rest*.

  7. Press ''Save''

* The minimum daily rest value corresponds to the number of consecutive hours of rest between 2 shifts, while the weekly rest value corresponds to the number of consecutive hours of rest per week.

2- Non-conformity alerts

Once the rest times have been set, you'll receive alerts in the scheduler if the rules have not been respected.

By clicking on the conflict you will see which of the rules has not been respected, and you can make the necessary modifications if desired.
