Activate clocking notifications via settings
It is possible to activate reminder notifications when an employee has forgotten to clock in. It's also possible for that user's immediate manager to receive an alert too.
1- Click on the "Settings" tab
2- "Attendance" sub-section
3- Scroll down to "Notifications"
4- "Save"
You can activate the reminder for clock in only, check out only, or both.
❗Only a user with the "Administrator" role can have access and change this setting. If an employee reports not receiving notifications, ensure they: 1. Check Device Settings: Verify that notification permissions are enabled for the Agendrix app on their device. 2. Review In-App Notification Settings: Confirm that notification settings within the app are turned on and correctly configured. Additionally, encouraging employees to update their app to the latest version can resolve unexpected notification issues.
