Has your tablet-installed time clock closed or doesn't seem to be working, and your employees can't clock in and out? Here's how to fix it.
To reopen your fixed terminal on the tablet, first access the “Agendrix Time clock” application
Log in to the application by entering your e-mail address and password (the same you use to log in to your regular Agendrix account)
Press “Activate” for the terminal you wish to open
The terminal will then reopen, and employees will be able to clock in and out as usual.
Please note that depending on your organization's settings, you may not have access to open a terminal. If you are unable to do so, please refer to an account administrator.
