Has your computer-installed time clock shut down or doesn't seem to be working, and your employees can't clock in and out? Here's how to fix it.

Only users with manager or administrator permissions are authorized to reactivate fixed terminals. This ensures that only authorized personnel can make changes to the system.

To reopen your computer terminal, first access app.agendrix.com

Make sure you are logged in using a manager or administrator-level account as supervisor accounts cannot perform this action.

  1. Log in to the application by entering your e-mail address and password (the same you use to log in to your regular Agendrix account)

  2. Click on the "Attendance" tab in the main menu on the left

  3. Click on "Fixed terminals" at the top of the screen

  4. Click on the 3 small dots to the right of the terminal you wish to open

  5. Click on "Open this terminal"

The terminal will then reopen and employees can clock in and out as usual.

We also suggest you bookmark this page and/or put the link on the desktop to give employees easy access.

Only users with manager or administrator permissions are authorized to reopen fixed terminals. Supervisors do not have the necessary permissions for this action. If you encounter issues, please contact an account administrator for assistance.
