Administrators can set up automatic deduction of breaks from timesheets. This flexibility in break management can also ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to reducing administrative overhead.

If you want to ensure that a scheduled unpaid break is deducted in full, even if it hasn't been clocked in correctly or has simply been forgotten; this process ensures that the timesheets reflect breaks accurately, even in the event of improper or missed clock-ins, simplifying payroll and scheduling.
1- Click on the "Settings" tab in the main menu on the left
2- Click on "Attendance"

Plus Plan also lets you create automatic break rules so that breaks are automatically added to your schedule!
