Occasionally, your manager may assign you scheduled tasks that you'll need to confirm you've completed.
1- Viewing my scheduled tasks
Once your schedule has been published by your manager;
Go to the “Schedule” tab
Click on the “Me” option
Click on the desired shift
Scroll down to the “Tasks” section
2- Confirming completion of tasks
Here are the different ways to confirm that you have completed the tasks scheduled by your manager.
2.1- Confirm that tasks have been completed via the mobile application home page
To confirm that you have completed one or more tasks via the mobile application home page
Go to the mobile application home page
Scroll down to the “Tasks” section
Check the task(s) you've completed
The task will then appear under the “Completed” section.
Note that you can always come back later in the day and check off other tasks.
2.2 - Confirming task completion via the timetable
To confirm that you have completed one or more tasks via your schedule;
Go to the “Schedule” tab
Click on the “Me” option
Click on the desired shift
Scroll down to the “Tasks” section
Check the task(s) you have completed
Note that you can always come back later in the day and check off other tasks.
2.3- Confirm that tasks have been completed using mobile clock-in
To confirm that you have completed one or more tasks by clocking in with the mobile application.
Go to the mobile application home page
Click on the “Clock” button
Select the correct clocking option as usual (starting work, break or leaving work)
Scroll down to the “Tasks” section
Check the task(s) you've completed
Click on “Clock”.
Note that you can confirm that you have completed other tasks while clocking at other times during the day.
2.4 - Confirm that tasks have been completed when clocking in with a fixed terminal
To confirm that you have completed task(s) when clocking in with a fixed terminal
Enter your PIN
In the “Tasks” section, check off the task(s) you've completed.
Select the appropriate check-in option as usual (enter, pause or exit)
Press “Clock in''
Note that you can confirm that you have completed other tasks while clocking at other times during the day.
