The Agendrix Plus plan lets you add tasks to your employees' shifts and ensure their completion.
This article explains how to validate which tasks have been completed by your employees and which have not.
1- Validating task completion
1.1- Validating task completion via the scheduler
Once tasks have been added to your employees' published schedules, they will be able to confirm that they have been completed, either via the schedule or at any clock-in, clock-out or break time.
To confirm that your employees have completed their task(s);
Go to the “Schedule” tab
The icon at the bottom of the shift will show you the total number of tasks as well as the number of completed tasks.
To see details of completed and uncompleted tasks, click on the shift.
Under the ''Tasks'' section you will see the tasks that have not been completed yet and under ''Completed'' you will see the tasks that your employee has checked as done.
1.2- Validating task completion using the dashboard
You can also validate task completion using your dashboard. To do this;
Click on the “Home” tab in the main menu on the left
Find the “Shift tasks” widget
The widget will give you the task completion percentage for the selected day, as well as a shortcut to the schedule and export report.
2- Exportins a task report
You can also export a task report containing all scheduled tasks, only completed tasks or only uncompleted tasks.
To do this;
Go to the “Reports” tab in the main menu on the left
Select the “Scheduling” sub-section
Select the “Shift tasks” report
Select the desired options
Click on “Export''
