Agendrix Plan Plus lets you add tasks to your employees' shifts and ensure their completion.

1- Adding tasks to the schedule

To add tasks to a shift;

  1. Click on the “Schedule” tab

  2. Select an existing shift or press “+” to create a new shift

  3. If you have chosen to create a new shift, fill in the mandatory information as usual (start time, end time, position, etc.).

  4. In the “Tasks” section, press “Add” to add a task.

  5. Name the task

  6. Provide instructions (optional)

  7. Indicate the start time for this task

To add more tasks, simply repeat steps 1 to 4.

2- Grace period for shift task completion

You can set a deadline for completing tasks. Once this deadline has passed, employees will no longer be able to confirm that they have completed the tasks.

For example, if a shift is ending at 5 p.m. and the deadline is set at 30 minutes, the employee will be able to confirm that he/she has completed the tasks until 5:30 p.m.

After 5:30 p.m., the tasks will be visible to the employee, but it will be impossible for them to confirm they have completed the tasks.

To set the grace period;

  1. Click on the “Settings” tab in the main menu on the left

  2. Click on the “Scheduling” submenu

  3. Scroll down to “Shift settings”

  4. Enter the desired value under “Grace period for shift task completion”

  5. Click on save

3- Validating task completion

3.1- Validating task completion via the scheduler

Once tasks have been added to your employees' published schedules, they will be able to confirm that they have been completed, either via the schedule or at any clock-in, clock-out or break time.

To confirm that your employees have completed their task(s);

  1. Go to the “Schedule” tab

  2. The icon at the bottom of the shift will show you the total number of tasks as well as the number of completed tasks.

To see details of completed and uncompleted tasks, click on the shift.

Under the ''Tasks'' section you will see the tasks that have not been completed yet and under ''Completed'' you will see the tasks that your employee has checked as done.

3.2- Validating task completion using the dashboard

You can also validate task completion using your dashboard. To do this;

  1. Click on the “Home” tab in the main menu on the left

  2. Find the “Shift tasks” widget

The widget will give you the task completion percentage for the selected day, as well as a shortcut to the schedule and export report.

4- Exporting a task report

You can also export a task report containing all scheduled tasks, only completed tasks or only uncompleted tasks.

To do this;

  1. Go to the “Reports” tab in the main menu on the left

  2. Select the “Scheduling” sub-section

  3. Select the “Shift tasks” report

  4. Select the desired options

  5. Click on “Export''
