You have published a schedule and you want to know if your employees have seen or confirmed it? This article will explain the different shifts status and their associated icons.

Shift status

Agendrix has a functionality that lets you know if employees have seen their schedules. Make sure you have published the schedule or any modifications made.

How to validate the schedule consultation

When employees have seen their schedules on the web or via the mobile app, an eye 👁 will appear in the top right corner of the shift.

*Note that employees do not know that you have this information

If the eye is crossed out, that means the employees have not seen their schedule.

Find out the exact time of consultation

If you hover over the eye, you will see the hour as well as the date the employee has seen the shift!

Shift Confirmation

It is also possible for employees to confirm their shifts. When employees see their schedule, they will be asked to confirm it. When they do, the eye will transform into a checkmark ✔️

You can also hover over the checkmark and find out the exact moment the shift was confirmed by the employee

To Enable this feature

The confirmation feature is not yet enabled for the organization?

The administrator can enable it in the organization's settings:

1- Click on "Settings"

2- Click on "Scheduling"

3- Toggle on the feature "Employees must read confirm new work shifts in their schedule"

IMPORTANT
Confirmation is optional for the employee. They are not forced to confirm it, but they cannot refuse the shift. The eye will appear in the shift when employees see their schedule.
