To give the employees access to the last version of the schedule you must click on the pink button "Publish" on the top right corner.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE
Publishing shifts will send a notification to all the concerned employees to let them know that their schedule was updated.
By default, all shifts are in draft mode. That is indicated by dotted lines around the shift and the pencil in the top right corner of the shift. Once the shift is published, the dotted lines disappear the pencil is replaced by a crossed out eye.
Pro tip 1
You can use the filters to publish only what is ready to be published. So, if you have finished the entire week schedule for a specific position, you will be able to publish only that by checking the box next to the position in the filters on the left!
If no filters are checked, the entirety of the schedule will be published.
See this article for more information about filters.
Pro tip 2
You can select specific shifts to be published with the selection tool. See this article on how to do so with selection mode!
