Sometimes your employees don't see a shift you thought you'd assigned to them. Here's how to check whether the shift is still in draft or has been published.

1- Draft

A draft shift will have a dotted line around it. This means that it is not published, and therefore not yet visible to your employees. You may also notice that a small pencil appears in the right-hand corner of the shift, with the words "Unpublished".

2- Published shift

If the outline of the shift is in solid lines, this means that it has been published.

The eye in the right-hand corner informs you whether the employee has seen the shift or not.
