It may happen that you need to use a shift template for your employee, but you can't access it.

Please note that only an administrator or manager of all locations can create schedule templates. Please refer to this person if you do not have access!

For details of how to create them, click here.

1- Position associated with template missing from employee profile

If you try to assign a shift template to an employee, but you don't see it, it's possible that the position associated with the template is not assigned to the employee.

When you create a shift for an employee from a template, you will only see the templates associated with the positions in that employee's profile!

If you enter the template name in the search bar and no results appear, this means that the employee does not have the position in his profile.

To change this, go to the user's individual profile and check their positions via "HR" -> "Employees" -> "Roles & Positions".

You can then assign the position.

2- No template has been created for this position

It is also possible that no template has been created for the position.

If you have the required access, you can validate it by clicking on the "Create" button in the planner.

If you don't have the required access, simply ask an administrator to do it for you.
