Creating a template via the “HR” tab
To create or manage your employee templates:
1- Go to the “HR” tab
2- Go to the "Employees" subsection
3- Click on “Manage templates”
4- Tap “Create.” You will then have the option to start from scratch to create a new template or use an existing employee's configuration for the creation.
5- Once created, you will see the template appear in the white box and you will be able to use it when adding another employee.
💡 To edit, duplicate, or delete your template, tap the three dots “...” at the end of the line!
B) How to use my employee template
Once the template has been created, it will be available for you to use!
To use your template:
1- Go to the “HR” tab, then “Employees,” and click on “Create an employee.”
2- Select “From a template.”
3- Select the desired template
4- Add directly or go back and fill in the details before creating the employee
