How do I add my employee's hire date?

Enter a start date in your employee's Agendrix profile

Would you like to add a new hire date to your employee's file?

This article explains the steps you need to follow to add or modify the start date in your employee's profile.


1- Add a start date via the individual profile

  1. Here's how to add a start date.

  2. Click on the “HR” tab and sub-section Employees

  3. Click on the user's name

  4. “Profile” sub-section

  5. Go to “Employment”

  6. Add or modify the hire date in the fuchsia box

  7. Click on “Save”


2- Add a hire date when creating a new employee

When creating a new user, via “HR” - “Employees”, you can add a date of hire at the bottom of the pop-up window that opens.
