How do I add my employee's hire date?

Would you like to add a new hire date to your employee's file?

This article explains the steps you need to follow to add or modify the start date in your employee's profile.


1- Add a start date via the individual profile

Here's how to add a start date.

  1. Click on the “HR” tab

  2. Click on the ''Employees" sub-section

  3. Click on the user's name

  4. Under the “Profile” section

  5. Go to the “Employment” subsection and tap "Edit"

  6. Add or change the hire date

  7. Tap “Save”


2- Add a hire date when creating a new employee

When creating a new user, via “HR” - “Employees”, you can add a date of hire at the bottom of the pop-up window that opens.
