You've archived your user, but he's still visible on the schedule? The article below will explain why, and how to check when they disappear completely.

1- Check archiving or termination date

To find out when a user has been archived, and when he or she will disappear from the schedule, you first need to check the date on which he or she was archived, or is scheduled to be archived.

To find your employee's archiving date, you need to;

1- Click on the “HR” tab

2- Click on “Employees“

3- Sub-section Users or Archived

4- Select the user and go to his/her profile

5- Check the archived date above the orange “Archived“ sign OR check the expected end date via the “Employment” sub-section.

🚨 When you archive a user, he or she will remain visible in the week in which he or she was archived, with the words “Archived” in orange, then disappear on the following week.

Example: If Alex was archived on December 4 and the first day of your week is a Sunday, he or she will disappear on December 8.
