You've archived your user, but he's still visible on the schedule? The article below will explain why, and how to check when they disappear completely.
1- Check archiving or termination date
To find out when a user has been archived, and when he or she will disappear from the schedule, you first need to check the date on which he or she was archived, or is scheduled to be archived.
To find your employee's archiving date, you need to;
1- Click on the “HR” tab
2- Click on “Employees”
3- Subsection Users or Archived
4- Select the user and go to their profile
5- You will see the purple label “Archived“ OR “Will be archived on June 25, 2025”
* You can also find the scheduled archiving date in the “Employment” subsection and the manual archiving date in the “Activity log”.
🚨 When you archive a user, they will remain visible during the week in which they were archived, with the word “Archived” in orange, and will disappear the following week.
Example: If Alex was archived on December 4 and the first day of your week is Sunday, he will disappear on December 8.
If an automatic archive date is scheduled, you will see the label “Will be archived.”
