It may happen that an end date changes or that the employee decides not to leave. If an end date has been entered but you want to remove it so that the user is not archived, here's how to do it.
Remove the automatic archiving date set via the profile
1- Click on the “HR” tab -> “Employees”
2- Click on the desired user
3- Go to “Profile”
4- Then go to the “Employment” subsection
5- Click on the "x" to remove the scheduled archiving date
6- Click on “Save”
