There may be several reasons why you can't see your schedule.
This article explains the causes and how to correct the situation!
1- Schedule not published
The most frequent reason why you can't consult your schedule is that it hasn't been published.
Check with your manager to make sure it has been published correctly on their side, so that it becomes visible on yours.
2- You have two employers and are in the wrong organization
To view your schedule, make sure you're in the right organization in the top left-hand corner. You can check switch to the desired organization like so:
3- A false account has been created in error
Sometimes, when you want to accept an invitation, you mistakenly create an account as an employer, rather than joining your organization as an employee.
A quick way to validate this is to check that you have access to the “Settings” tab in the main menu. If you're not supposed to manage the organization and you see this tab, you've created an account by mistake.
Ask your manager to resend you the invitation, and once you've received it, you can go to “My invitations” and accept it.
To keep only the correct organization, delete the organization created by mistake by going to ''Settings'' -> ''General'' -> and ''Permanently delete''.
This will avoid any future confusion.
