Does your employee have an annual salary? No problem! You can enter the employee’s annual salary directly in their profile.

*Only the fixed number of weekly hours entered in “Remuneration” and paid time off will be sent to payroll.
How to modify the salary in the employee's profile
To add an annual salary for an employee who does not have a salary in Agendrix:
Go to the employee's profile via the "HR" tab
Click on the "Remuneration" tab
Click on "Add a rate"
Click on "Change to annual salary"
Enter the salary information:
The annual salary will be divided by the weekly number of contractual hours to calculate the hourly rate based on the salary
$55,000 for a 35-hour/week contract = $30.22/hour
Click "Save"
For an employee who already has a salary in Agendrix: simply click on the three dots and select "Edit active rate":
You can then follow the aforementioned steps 4 to 6.

Still in the "Remuneration" tab, you can change a salary or schedule an annual salary adjustment by clicking the three dots:
Scheduler
Employees with annual salary will not be included in the calculation of the labor cost budget.
Timesheets and payroll
Employees on an annual salary do not need to clock in or out. If any clock-in or clock-out entries are made, they will not be included in payroll calculations.
Only weekly contractual hours and paid time off will be included when exporting data to your payroll system.
