My pay: viewing your pay stubs and your year-to-date totals (on the web)

View your next pay, your pay stubs as PDFs and your year-to-date totals in the My pay section.

Written by Yannick Gagné

If your employer pays you with Agendrix Payroll, the My pay section appears in your menu.

Your pay summary (on the web)

At the top of the page, three cards sum up your situation:

  • Next pay: the net amount, the pay date and the total hours.

  • Last pay: the net amount of your previous pay.

  • Accrued vacation: your balance, with the vacation accrued and paid on each payroll.

Click View details to open the matching pay stub.

Your pay stubs

The Pay stubs section lists all of your payrolls. Filter by year. Each row shows the gross pay, the withholdings, the other subtractions and the net pay.

Click a row to open the Payroll details: your earnings, deductions, withholdings and the complete summary.

Click View PDF to open the official pay stub.

Note: the PDF is password-protected. Your password is your date of birth (YYYYMMDD).

Your PDF pay stubs are also filed automatically in your documents, in the Pay stubs folder. You receive a notification every time a new pay stub is available.

Your year-to-date totals

Click View YTD (bottom right of the page) to see your totals for the year:

  • Earnings and subtractions: net amount, gross pay, withholdings and other subtractions.

  • Work summary: hours worked, vacation accrued and vacation paid.

  • The breakdown by section follows: earnings, additional pay, reimbursements, benefits, deductions and withholdings.
