Clocking in with your phone is possible if your manager enabled it.
IMPORTANTWe never follow your GPS position, Agendrix takes a snapshot of your position at the precise moment your are clocking. Not before or after that.
A) What you need to clock
Your phone
An internet access (network or wifi)
Sign-in to your account
1 - Clock in
Go to the "Overview" menu
Click on the purple clock bottom right of the page
You will be geofenced and be able to clock in if you are on site
PS: you can leave a note for your manager (Useful if you are late!)

When on site you can clock in!
2 - Clock Out or Take a Break
Repeat the same steps as above and you will be able to:
Clock out
Clock a break
Be careful to select the correct option. If you take a break, you will be able to resume the shift.
3 - What if I Am Away from Site
If you are away from work when you clock out. You must absolutely provide:
Actual clock out time
Reason
You won't be able to clock out without these two informations filled.
4 - Making sure it worked
You can verify your clocked hours in the "Timesheet" menu found at the bottom of your screen (Attendance on the web).
