You can change your password from your profile on both the web application and the smartphone application. Your password is case sensitive and must have a minimum of 6 characters. (Helps keeping your account safe)
Web application
To change your password on the web;
Click on your initials or photo in the top right-hand corner
Click on the “My profile” tab
Go to the “Account security” section
Enter your current password
Create your new password of at least 10 alphanumeric characters by entering it in the “New password” box
Confirm your new password by entering it again in the “Confirm new password” box.
Click on the “Save” button.
Smartphone app
To change your password on the mobile app
Click on your initials or photo in the top right-hand corner
Click on the “My profile” tab
Go to the “Change Password” section
Create your new password of at least 10 alphanumeric characters by entering it in the “New password” box
Confirm your new password by entering it again in the “Confirm new password” box.
Click on the “Save” button.
