How do I Change my Password

I forgot or lost my password. How can I recover my password? How do I get a new password?

You can change your password from your profile on both the web application and the smartphone application. Your password is case sensitive and must have a minimum of 6 characters. (Helps keeping your account safe)

Web application

It's a one-two step process, first go to "My profile" by clicking on your picture / initials, second change your password!

Smartphone app

It's a 3 steps process, 

  1. Click on the menu on your top left

  2. Chose My Profile

  3. Go to the bottom

  4. Change your password
