What do I do if I don't get notifications when I receive a new shift

There are multiple reasons why you would not receive Agendrix notifications. Here are the main ones.

A) My Agendrix Notifications

B) My Phone Notifications

Your phone notifications are deactivated. You must verify under your settings that Agendrix notifications are enabled.

If you have a Samsung, you energy saving settings may affect notifications delivery. Here is how to solve this problem.

C) Installation Issue

If you Agendrix and phone notifications are enabled, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app! It should get everything running. Here are the steps to do so:

  1. Uninstall the Agendrix app from your device.

  2. Open your device’s app store.

  3. Search for "Agendrix" and download it again.

  4. Open the app and log in to test if the issue has been resolved. Reinstalling helps to force the latest version onto your device and clear potential corruption in the initial installation.
