What do I do if I don't get notifications when I receive a new shift

There are multiple reasons why you would not receive Agendrix notifications. Here are the main ones.

A) My Agendrix Notifications

Your Agendrix notifications are not set correctly. Click here to learn how to manage your notifications.

B) My Phone Notifications

Your phone notifications are deactivated. You must verify under your settings that Agendrix notifications are enabled.

If you have a Samsung, you energy saving settings may affect notifications delivery. Here is how to solve this problem.

C) Installation Issue

If the two previous previous options are fine in your eye, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app! It should get everything running.
