How to set up the QuickBooks integration

Important: Only administrators may set up this integration.

How it works

The QuickBooks integration lets you automatically synchronize:

  1. Your employees

  2. Your customers (job site resources in Agendrix)

Note: You must have the resources module to sync your clients.

If required, you will also be able to associate:

  1. Your departments (positions/locations)

  2. Your classes (positions/locations/job sites)

You'll also be able to export the hours worked seamlessly into QuickBooks to process:

  1. Your payroll

  2. Client billing


Activating the integration

  1. Go under the ''settings'' tab of the main menu;

  2. Click on "Integrations";

  3. Find the "QuickBooks" integration and then click on ''Activate'';

  4. Sign in to the platform;

  5. Choose your synchronization options;

  6. Save.

And you're done!
