Important: Only administrators may set up this integration.
⚠️ Please note that importing is only possible on the Online version, not the Desktop version.
How it works
The QuickBooks integration lets you automatically synchronize:
Your employees: first name, last name, date of birth, hiring date, email, address, phone number, employee number
Your customers (job site resources in Agendrix)
Note: You must have the resources module to sync your clients.
If required, you will also be able to associate:
Your departments (positions/locations)
Your classes (positions/locations/job sites)
You'll also be able to export the hours worked seamlessly into QuickBooks to process:
Your payroll
Client billing
Activating the integration
Go under the ''settings'' tab of the main menu;
Click on "Integrations";
Find the "QuickBooks" integration and then click on ''Activate'';
Sign in to the platform;
Choose your synchronization options;
Save.
And you're done!
💡 If you get disconnected, simply reconnect your Agendrix account to Quickbooks by clicking here!
