Important: Only administrators may set up this integration.
How it works
The QuickBooks integration lets you automatically synchronize:
- Your employees
- Your customers (job site resources in Agendrix)
Note: You must have the resources module to sync your clients.
As needed, you'll also be able to associate:
- Your departments (positions/locations)
- Your classes (positions/locations/job sites)
You'll also be able to export the hours worked seamlessly into QuickBooks to process:
- Your payroll
- Client billing
Activating the integration
- Click the arrow next to your name (top right corner of the screen).
- Click on "Integrations".
- Manage "QuickBooks".
- Sign in to the platform.
- Choose your synchronization options.
And you're done!
