The article below explains how to use Nethris' API integration.
A) Update the employee list
The employee list can be updated in three ways:
During initial setup
Automatically at the end of each day
Manually by you
💡 Manually start synchronization
If you have just added an employee to Nethris and would like to have immediate access to them in Agendrix, you can manually start synchronization via the three small dots in the right corner of the screen “HR” - “Employees”
B) Nethris banks
Where are they displayed?
Employees' Nethris banks are displayed in two places:
2- Under an employee's timesheets via “Attendance” -> Click on the name of the person you want. You can then click on “Nethris banks” to see the details.
2- Under a time off request, if you scroll down, you will also see a section called “Nethris Banks”.
C) How to update your Nethris banks
In the timesheet, if you click on “Nethris banks”, you will see the details and a refresh icon on the right. Simply click on it to update the values!
In the case of a time off request, you will see the same button below the list of banks.
❗️Please note that when you approve a time off request in Agendrix, this does not update the Nethris bank balance.
