Signature request via the onboarding form

How to request a signature on a document when your employees fill out their onboarding form.

Would you like your new employees to sign documents? The article below explains how to do this.


Request for signature in the onboarding form

1- Go to the “Settings” tab

2- Subsection “Human resources” - Onboarding form

3- Under “Signature requests“, click on ”Add a signature request“.

You can then choose between selecting a PDF document already available in the team library or creating a new one.
