To start the setup process, you have to click on the Employees tab under the Settings of your organization.
How to set up the onboarding
OPTIONAL | One or multiple processes?
By default, you will have the same onboarding process for all of your locations.
Knowing that, you have the opportunity to set different data per location with the first option. It’s useful if each location has a different HR individual.
IMPORTANT
If you use this feature, an employee with multiple locations will receive the onboarding of their primary location.
Welcome message
The welcome message is the first message your employees receive. It’s a great opportunity to do a good first impression!
HR Resource person
Employees will have access to the information of this person during their onboarding. This will clarify who will be their contact point with any questions.
Create your own questions
You can create as many questions as you like. This part is useful in understanding your employees interests, aspirations, etc.
Testing it out
It's to note that you can test the feature at any time with the Preview Onboarding button on your bottom right.
Time limit
You can also set a time limit for employees to complete their welcome by activating this option.
People Data
It’s also possible to fetch relevant employee information through his onboarding with People data.
You can choose the fields that are useful for you and determine if they must be filled by the employee (or just by managers), and dictate if it’s mandatory or not.
With the Plus Plan
You will have access to many additional fields! 🤩

Remember that you can mark some fields as Required. This way, it will be mandatory for the employees to fill out the information during onboarding.
