Occasionally, you may need to send a document directly to your employer. It's easy to do so via Agendrix, both on the web and on the mobile application, thanks to the "My documents" section.
1- Sharing documents with my employer on the web
To do so, simply go to the "My documents" section of your home page.
Then click on "Send a document" to select the document you wish to share.
Rest assured, this document will only be visible to your organization's management team.
Then select the document you wish to share.
A window will open and all you have to do is follow the steps below;
1- Name the document
2- Add a note if necessary
3- Click on Submit
Your document has been sent to your manager!
2- View documents in my file on the web
If certain documents have been made accessible to you by your manager, you can consult them in the "Documents shared by my organization" section.
To view the file, simply click on it
By clicking on the three dots to the right of the document, you will have the option to
1- Copy the link
2- Download the file
3- Comment
3- Share documents with my employer on the mobile application
To share documents on the mobile app;
Start by accessing the full menu by clicking on your initiales or your picture in the top right corner.
Click on "My documents"
Click on ''Send a document''
Choose the type of document you wish to send
2- Consult documents in my file on the mobile application
To view documents, simply go to the "Documents" section and follow the steps outlined above.
You can then navigate between the ''Received'' and ''Sent'' tabs to view the documents you have sent to your employer or those sent to you by your employer.
