Setting up your integration with Sage 50

How to set up the integration with Sage 50 to export your payroll.

The integration with Sage 50 lets you export timesheet data from Agendrix to Sage for payroll.


1- Activate the integration

To activate integration with Sage 50;

  1. Click on the "Settings" tab in the main menu on the left.

  2. Select the "Integrations" submenu

  3. Scroll down the page to find the Sage 50 integration and click on "Activate"

You will then be directed to the configuration page.

If you don't have the information at hand and want to come back later to complete the settings, you can always access it later by clicking on the "Manage" icon.


2- Setting up integration

📌 Caution - Please note that it is imperative to transcribe income codes as is (upper/lower case, accents and punctuation).

Also, make sure you always select HOURS income codes and not periods.

2.1 Configuration

In the ''Configuration'' section, you will need to set payroll export options, field mapping and revenue codes.

  1. Enter income codes for regular and overtime hours

  2. If applicable, you can associate your projects in Sage 50 with your positions or locations

  3. Choose the employee name format from First name - Last name or Last name - First name, depending on the format used in Sage 50

2.2 Income codes

In the "Income codes" section, you can enter the income codes for your leave, positions and bonuses (if applicable).

  1. First select "Types of leave" as the association type.

  2. Enter the corresponding income code for each type of paid leave

  3. Click on "Submit"

  4. If applicable, now select "Position" as the association type.

  5. Enter the corresponding income code for each position

  6. Click on "Submit"

  7. Finally, if applicable, select the "Premiums" association type.

  8. Enter the corresponding income code for each premium.

  9. Click on "Submit"

2.3 Employees

In the "Employees" section you will need to match the first and last name of all your employees.

  1. Enter the first name as entered in Sage 50

  2. Enter the last name as entered in Sage

  3. Repeat this operation for all your employees and save the page.
