Colossale is a point-of-sale system. Once the integration is activated, Agendrix imports your previous day's pre-tax sales into the scheduler's budget tool every night, with no manual entry.

The integration is available to Canadian organizations whose plan includes scheduling.

The pre-tax sales of each location are imported into the scheduler's budget tool, as one total per day. They replace the estimated revenues you had entered for those days.

The sync runs once a night, so the previous day's sales are available first thing in the morning. Each night Agendrix also goes back over the last 3 days, so an invoice added or corrected after the fact sets its day's total right.

Colossale gives you an API address and one API key per location. You find them under "Configuration" ➡️ "API" in Colossale. If they are not there, contact Colossale support.

Plan for one pair of credentials for each Agendrix location you want to connect. The API address has the form https://example.colossalepos.com/.

Agendrix validates each pair of credentials when you save. If the address cannot be reached or the key is refused, the error message appears on the field concerned: correct it, then submit again.

Once the credentials are accepted, the "Colossale location" column shows the name of the location as it is written in Colossale. That is what confirms each Agendrix location is connected to the right Colossale location.

Your API key is then masked with dots. If you change a location's address, enter its key again too.

The first synchronization for the last 3 days begins as soon as the configuration is complete.

Please note that synchronization will begin the night after activation and will cover the past 3 days; it is not instantaneous.
