Electronic signature of attendance sheets is now available!

⚠️ Only users with the “Administrator” role will be able to enable this feature in the organization settings.


1) Activating the feature

To activate electronic signature of timesheets in Agendrix:

1- Go to the “Settings” tab

2- ‘Attendance’ section

3- “Timesheet signatures” subsection and activate timesheet signature requests

4- Save the change

1.1 Customization

Once the feature is enabled, you can customize its configuration.

  • Determine the highest role that will need to sign (management of roles that require a signature)

  • Request automatic signature after approval

  • Set a deadline for signature by making it mandatory after a certain period of time

Note that the feature is available to all users of the Time & Attendance module. However, subscribers to the Plus Plan have access to an additional folder containing all signed timesheets in the Documents area of their employees' accounts.
