How to send a request for electronic signature of the timesheet to employees

Ask your employees to sign their timesheets. Signing of attendance sheets.

1) Signature request

To request a signature on the attendance sheets from your employees, you must manually send the request as follows:

1- Tap the “Attendance” tab

2- Tap the name of the desired employee

3- Manually send the signature request for the selected period(s)

*If the administrator has chosen to configure requests to be sent automatically after approval via the organization settings, you will see the word “scheduled.” You can still perform the action manually or wait for it to be sent.

You will see the message “pending” if the request has already been submitted.

2) Downloading signatures

Once the signatures have been collected, you can download them via the summary in the “Attendance” tab by clicking on the icon below:

You can also find them via the “Documents” tab!
