A) Individual invitation when creating a profile
When creating a new employee from the "Employees" menu --> "Add employee", you can check the option "Invite after creating profile" to send an invitation to them once the information fields have been filled:
B) Individual invitation from the employees list
To invite an employee to use Agendrix by email, you can follow these instructions:
Go under the “RH” menu
Click on “Employees”
Choose the “Invitations” section
Click on the envelope icon to the right of the section that includes the employee's name
N.B.: Once the invitation has been sent, “Not invited” will be replaced by “Invitation sent by email” and will include the time of sending.
C) Send a mass invitation to all the employees
It is possible to send an invitation to all the employees who are waiting to log in for the first time, all at once:
Go under the “Employees” menu
Choose the “Invitations” section
Click on the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the invited employees list
D) Include a welcome message in their invitation (optional)
It is now possible to add a welcome message that will be sent to all your newly invited employees to join Agendrix!
This functionality can be found under the “Settings” menu, where you must choose the “Human Resources” section and then “Onboarding”:
Enable the onboarding flow using the button for this purpose (see point 1)
If applicable, choose the location to which this welcome message should be addressed, or simply leave "All locations" (see point 2)
Write your welcome message, considering that it will be addressed to all the employees invited thereafter (see point 3)
N.B.: The welcome message can contain a maximum of 1000 characters.
