When using the News Feed you can see when employees have seen the messages you sent them. If you checked the Reading Confirmation setting you will also see who has confirmed the message.
A) Message Stats
You will see who has seen 👀 and confirmed ✔ your messages from the News Feed card.
B) Get the detail
Fro more details, click on the message and find the progression on the right side of your screen.
