Before proceeding, here are 3 important details you must know:
By default, Agendrix assumes that you're always available to work. The availability feature allows you to indicate only your preferences (green) and unavailabilities (red).
Your availabilities can either be recurring or punctual. You just have to make sure to select the right frequency.
If you aren't available on a specific date, submitting a punctual time off request is much easier than changing your availability. To learn how to submit a time off request, refer to this article.

1) Creating an availability request
Click on “Overview” in the lower left corner of your screen, then on “Set my availabilities”.
Choose the first week you wish to modify, then click on “Set my availabilities”.
N.B.: If your managers have are asking for a notice, you may get an error message.
Click on the "+" to the right of the date you wish to apply first.
Specify whether it is an unavailability or a preference, whether it is for a specific time or all day, and on which day(s) of the week the availability should apply.
N.B.: Creating a new availability without an end date will overwrite all availabilities for subsequent dates. If you want to create more than one, do so in chronological order from the most immediate to the most distant.
Once the availability has been entered, click on the arrow in the upper right corner of your screen to view your options
Enter the minimum and maximum number of hours you wish to work per week.
Determine whether the availability should repeat, the desired frequency and when you want the frequency to end if applicable.
Hit the "Submit for approval" button.
Your availability request is automatically submitted to your manager for approval. A notification will be sent to you as soon as your request has been assessed!
