How to hide users from the schedule and time sheets

How can I hide an employee from the schedule? How can I remove owners and administrators from the schedule?

When an owner, administrator or managers does not require to be shown in the scheduler, it is possible to hide him. This feature is helpful for managing specific roles or tasks that do not necessitate visibility in the schedule planner.

To hide an employee, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to HR -> Employees.

  2. Open the employee's profile.

  3. Access the Settings tab.

  4. Enable the option: Hide employee in scheduler and time and attendance.

  5. Save your changes.
