If you have mobile employees who move to different customer locations (security, home care etc.) then we recommend using our Resources Module instead of a new organization.
Why create a New Organization ?
You may need to create a new Organization if you have an entirely separate company or division to manage. If you hesitate between creating an Organization or Location, read this this article.
Organizations are completely distinct from one another. They do not share employees and have separate invoices. If you need to share those, we recommend using a location instead.
Steps to create an organization
- You can go in the "Settings" menu tab
- Go under Locations
- Create a new organization
